This is a "pre-register" for upcoming 9-day / 7-night Spanish educator trips to Catalunya, Spain for 2026.
 
When sales go live for this trip, we will update from "pre-register" to the following:
 
This is a $400 non-refundable application fee for the Catalunya, Spain (dates TBD) program for Spanish language educators. The non-refundable application fee will be applied to the total cost of the program which is $4780. 
 
The price of this trip includes roundtrip airfare from IAD-BCN, a dedicated Catalan Trip Leader 24/7, a private coach and driver, local official guides at our various destinations, all entrance fees, double-occupancy hotels (in 3- or 4-star hotels), all breakfasts, all dinners, several lunches, as well as some unique visits & workshops with local Catalan artists, educators, and more. 
 
Anticipated departure is Saturday around 6:00pm on a direct flight to Barcelona arriving on Sunday around 8:00am. For the return, depart in the morning of Easter Sunday, with a direct flight arriving at IAD in the early afternoon. Participants would then continue to their home destination on the same day.

We will confirm when we have received both your application fee and online application. The remaining $4380 will be paid in two equal installments due on October 1, 2024 and January 15, 2025. Vive will send you an invoice for each payment. Payment in full is also accepted. Contact Vive if you would like to pay in monthly installments.
 
Please note: We need at least 10 participants in order to run this trip. If you sign up and we do not reach 10 Participants, we will refund your application fee.
