This is a "pre-order" for upcoming 12-day French educator trips to Senegal for mid-June and/or early July 2025. There is absolutely no obligation on your part at this time. By pre-ordering, you confirm your interest in traveling to Senegal with Vive in June or July 2025.

 

Those who "pre-order" will be contacted once specific dates are released and before the programs are publicly available to have advance choices on their preferred travel dates.

 

 

Tentative details:

12-day trip, all-inclusive roundtrip from JFK - Senegal

 

A $200 non-refundable deposit will be applied to the total cost of the program of $4500.

 

Participants will submit Applicant Documents listed below within 30 days after paying the deposit to be considered a Participant:

 

  • Signed Program Agreement

  • A copy of a passport valid for travel for 6 months following the Program return date

  • Highly recommended: COVID-19 vaccination and available boosters

  • Payment #2 of $1300 is due within 30 days of deposit

 

Participants must submit the following Participant Documents according to the established schedule: 

  • Program payments in full

  • Medical release, signed within 12 months of departure date

  • Proof of Yellow Fever vaccine (may be submitted within 45 days prior to departure)

  • Proof of purchase of travel insurance

 

Payment and Participant Documents Submission Schedule

  • Payment #3 of $1500 - due +60 days

  • Payment #4 of $1500 - due +90 days

 

If Vive has to cancel the trip prior to departure, your deposit will be applicable to another available program of your choice within 18 months.

 

All Applicants are encouraged to attend an Informational Meeting prior to applying.
